Lululemon’s Founder, Chip Wilson Owns the Most Valuable Property in B.C.

Founder of Lululemon, Chip Wilson is still the owner of the most valuable property in B.C. with his home in Kitsilano, Vancouver.

His home at 3085 Point Grey Road is assessed at $63.87

million,  a 10.9-per-cent increase over the 2015 assessed value.

Published Monday, Wilson’s waterfront mansion it is still the most valuable property in B.C. and 10 out of 50 of the most expensive homes in the region are in the same area – Point Grey, Vancouver.
