Recipe:
- 2oz Gibson’s Finest Bold
- 1½ oz Fresh Lemon
- 1oz Maple Syrup
- Garnish: Cinnamon Stick
Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

- 6oz Ginger Ale

APPLE PIE OLD FASHIONED WITH GIBSON’S FINEST RARE
Recipe:
- 2oz Gibson’s Finest Rare 12 Year Old
- 1oz Pure Apple Cider
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Pinch of Apple Pie Spice
- Garnish: 2 Apple Slices
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir well. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with apple slices. For the finest festive twist, swap the garnish for caramel apple.
