The Bay Centre is pleased to keep Christmas traditions alive with our special Festival of Trees viewing on Christmas Day from 12 pm to 5 pm. While shops will be closed, we invite you to support the families residing at BC Children’s Hospital this Christmas when you donate to vote for your favourite tree. You could win a $500 Bay Centre gift card just for voting.
Access to The Bay Centre on Christmas Day will be via the View Street entrance.
In 2014, over 2,690 Vancouver Island kids were treated at BC Children’s Hospital, which is the equivalent of over 7 per day. More than 500 of those children came from Victoria. This Holiday Season The Bay Centre is hosting the 24th Annual Festival of Trees until January 5, 2016, a fundraiser for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. This year there are 65 sponsored trees on display, located on levels 2 and 3 of the Centre. Last year the Festival of Trees display raised more than $129,000 for the Foundation by the public voting for their favourite tree by donation.
