Driven By Excellence: Glenfiddich Unveils The Launch Of Two Limited-Edition Bottlings In Collaboration With Aston Martin Formula One™ Team

Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, unveils two new limited-edition expressions, the Glenfiddich 16 Year Old and 19 Year Old, in celebration of the iconic partnership between Glenfiddich and Aston Martin Formula One™ Team. The limited-edition expressions honour the multi-year collaboration, blending the heritage, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence of the two iconic luxury brands. The limited-edition 16 Year Old and 19 Year Old expressions launch in Canada this autumn season. 

Formed through a marriage of American oak wine casks, new American barrels and second-fill bourbon casks, the Glenfiddich 16-Year-Old shares a sweetness of its own. Bottled in Glenfiddich’s signature bottle adorned with a collaborative labelling in line with Glenfiddich’s partnership with Aston Martin Formula One™ Team, the whisky delivers rich notes of maple syrup and caramelized ginger. These rich flavours give way to a silky palate of fresh fruit salad and Chantilly cream. The finish, however, speaks for itself. Smooth yet bold, it holds a quality that escapes the ability to be measured.

Exclusive to Global Travel Retail, Glenfiddich 19 Year Old is also launching this autumn. The aged single malt is matured in hand-selected American and European oak casks delivering a vibrant whisky that is complex yet refined. Crafted exclusively from a marriage of American and European oak, with an unmistakable sweet spice from Montilla wine casks, and notes of Seville oranges and warm, woody spices, this whisky pushed the boundaries of complexity and refinement.
