Valued at 2.50 million dollars, the home is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, energy efficient with the support of BC Hydro, with smart technology supplied by Samsung, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the 2-car garage.
The expansive floor plan boasts 3292 square feet of crafted living spaces over three levels, including 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a library, whiskey tasting room, and a legal 2-bedroom basement suite.

The 2025 Prize Home is being constructed on its Langley property and will be available for tours from July 12 – August 9, 2025 (Opening Saturday & Sunday on opening weekend, and then all Saturdays until August 23rd between 10:00am – 2:00pm). Free tour tickets will be available through TicketLeader in June.

In addition to the Grand Prize Package, ticket purchasers have the chance to win 1-of-5 vehicles from Chevrolet and Cadillac , Five $10,000 cash prizes, 1-of-2 7-Day Cruise packages with Holland America with an additional $1500, a Winnebago Micro Minnie Trailer from Woody’s RV World, a 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob from Trev Deeley Motorcycles, and a hot tub package from Beachcomber Hot Tubs Group. Four bonus draws will take place throughout the summer, with ticket purchasers eligible to win a cash prize of $15,000 and 1-of-3 7 Day Cruise packages with Holland America with an additional $1500.
The online/phone ticket purchase deadline for the first early bird draw is June 2 at 9:00 PM.

This year’s Lottery will feature four ticket options, including bundles of two tickets for $35, six tickets for $80, fifteen tickets for $165, and thirty tickets for $285.
