Following a strong start to the skiing and riding season, Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is starting the new year with excellent snow conditions, an exciting lineup of January events, and upcoming travel incentives designed to encourage family-friendly fun during the best of the ski season.

December snowfall delivered more than 300 cm, with 61 cm over the last week, building a solid base across Mount Mackenzie and setting up consistent conditions throughout RMR’s expansive terrain. With North America’s longest vertical descent at 1,713 metres (5,620 ft) and a mix of alpine bowls, glades and groomed runs, Revelstoke continues to attract skiers and riders from across Canada and the U.S. and beyond seeking deep snow and world-class skiing.

The resort is living up to its reputation after Snomad recognized it as having the World’s Best Powderas the ski season kicked off in 2025.

“December delivered exactly what skiers hope for in Revelstoke: consistent snowfall and a strong base across the mountain,” says Ryan Melnyk, Vice President Commercial Strategy & Marketing with Northland Properties. “That sets us up beautifully for January, when conditions are at their best and the full mix of events, family programming and winter experiences really comes to life.”

January and February Booking Offers

To celebrate strong snow conditions and the heart of winter, Revelstoke Mountain Resort is offering January and February incentives, including hotel deals, voucher offers, and heli skiing incentives.
