Squamish Sets the Table for Sip & Savour 2026

Three weeks of special menus, creative pairings and one-night-only dinners start November 5

If you’re looking for a reason to head to the Sea-to-Sky corridor this month, Squamish has one. Sip & Savour returns for its eighth year from November 5 to 26, 2026, putting the town’s restaurants and food makers in the spotlight.

Organized by Tourism Squamish, the event invites participating restaurants to step outside their regular menus and show off their creativity. Diners can take part in three ways: multi-course menus, casual food and drink pairings, or one-time ticketed experiences.

Multi-course menus

Seven restaurants are serving curated multi-course menus: Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill, The Broken Seal, Howe Sound Brewing, Lil Chef Bistro, Match Eatery & Public House, Pepe’s Chophouse and The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar.

Food and drink pairings

For something more casual, The Backyard, Free Bird Table & Bar, House of Lager, Raincity Distillery and Tacofino will offer special food and drink combinations throughout the three weeks.

Ticketed dinners

Two establishments are hosting one-time events:

Fergie’s (November 6 and 13): Each evening has two seatings, a three-course menu at 5:30 PM and a four-course menu at 7:45 PM. Both draw on the Portuguese-Chinese flavours of Macau and celebrate the roots of fusion cuisine.

Bean & Co, “Slow n’ Low” (November 26): This long-table, family-style barbecue dinner features slow-smoked pork ribs and beef brisket with hearty sides. Tickets include dessert and two drinks from the event menu.

Nikki Johnston, Communications & Stakeholder Relations Manager at Tourism Squamish, says the event is a chance to try something different. “From specially curated menus to creative drink and food pairings, participating establishments are offering experiences you won’t necessarily find on their regular menus,” she said. Whether you’re revisiting a neighbourhood favourite or trying a newer spot, she added, it’s a good reason to support the local dining scene.
