More than just a café, Duo complements the offerings of Aura Waterfront Restaurant + Patio, championing local producers and showcasing the culinary skills of the hotel’s team led by Executive Chef Ken Nakano, a recent inductee into the B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame.
