Greenview Taphouse, Vancouver Island’s newest culinary hub is now open at the Fairwinds Golf Club. From the team behind Moments Hospitality Collective, Greenview Taphouse is a vibrant, casual dining experience that brings together great food, the best of BC’s best beer and wine, and the nostalgic charm of a West Coast home-away-from-home.

Set against the rolling greens of Fairwinds and with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop, the 250-seat taphouse is designed as a “second living room” for visitors and locals alike. Inside, vintage-inspired parquet floors, a games room complete with a pool table and board games, and rustic West Coast murals create a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unrivalled views, while the large patio invites guests to linger. Built around a passion for locally sourced ingredients, a deep bench of BC beer and wine, and genuine hospitality, Greenview Taphouse is poised to become Nanoose Bay’s new go-to for post-round gatherings, family dinners, and sunset patio sessions.

At the helm is Eli Brennan, co-founder and COO of Moments Hospitality Collective, recently honoured as a 2025 BC Restaurant Hall of Fame “Local Champion” by the BC Restaurant & Food Services Association, in recognition of his leadership in elevating Island hospitality. Brennan leads a team that includes operating partner Todd Bright (regional chef of Qualicum Beach Café and Nanoose Bay Café), marketing & communications manager Kaitlyn Brennan, and operations manager Lynsee Yee.

“We’re so excited to finally be open and welcome everyone to Greenview Taphouse,” says Eli Brennan. “This isn’t just about serving great food and drinks, it’s about forming lasting memories and building a true community hub. Being from the island, we wanted to create something that reflects our values and embraces the relaxed, friendly spirit of the West Coast.”

The heart of Greenview Taphouse lies in its comfort-driven menu, including delectable share plates, including hearty loaded nachos and the must-try cornflake-crusted fish and chips, as is the decadent Greenview tiramisu. For those on the move, Greenview Sneaky Snack Shack is available at the 10th hole, stocked with quick bites and beverages perfect for a mid-round refuel or grab-and-go moment.

The beverage program is a true celebration of British Columbia, featuring over 20 rotating taps showcasing the province’s finest craft beers. A curated wine list highlights exceptional BC wines, while the house-crafted cocktail menu offers both timeless classics and innovative creations.

“We designed the menu to be craveable, shareable, and full of personality,” says Todd Bright. “Our goal is to create memorable experiences through simple, delicious food that celebrates what it means to be on the Island.”
